Dear Future Homeowners,
This home has been much more than a place to live for us. We celebrated four of our daughter’s birthdays in this home, each one adding another beautiful memory to our family’s story and, more recently, our son's first birthday. This home has watched our family grow, and it has held some of the most precious moments of our lives.
One of the things we have loved most is how peaceful and private the home feels. As a ground-floor corner unit, a reserved parking space just outside the door and In-unit Laundry has offered us a sense of ease and comfort that is hard to find. The large windows bring in beautiful natural light, and the balcony has been a lovely place to pause, enjoy some fresh air, and watch the seasons change.
Westborough Village has also been a wonderful place for our family. We have appreciated the walking trails, pool, gym, and clubhouse, but even more than the amenities, we have valued the welcoming neighborhood and the feeling of being part of a community. It has been incredibly comfortable place to raise our children and build a life together.
This home holds so much meaning and sentiment for us, so the decision to sell was made with a great deal of thought and care. As our family begins a new chapter, we feel the time is right to pass this special home on. While saying goodbye is bittersweet, it brings us so much comfort to imagine another family making it their own.
We have made so many beautiful memories here, and now it is time for another family to do the same. We hope you will live and laugh in the abundance of light that fills this home, celebrate your own milestones, and create the everyday moments that one day become your most treasured memories. May this home bring you the same warmth, happiness, and sense of belonging that it has given us.
